INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

1. We can quote, using UPS, DHL, FEDEX or USPS per your requirement.

2. We are not responsible for duties or broker agent fees, neither for possible damage in transit. Your package goes with an insurance from the carrier, so any claim must be made directly to them.

3. We provide you, when available, the tracking number, but you must consider, we cant do anything else since the moment we ship. Tracking is your responsability. We offer you assistance when applicable.

4. We  ship to US, Central & South America, Canada, Europe and Asia.

5. If you are not a business , your item(s) will be shipped to you "as a gift" in order to avoid customs. In that case we can not attach a commercial invoice. If you need commercial invoice, you must go through customs and pay duties. In order to send the package as a "gift" or as "samples", it can not contain more than 3 items. Form declaration can not check with content (there are restrictions for sending flammable liquids (perfumes, extracts, etc.), so we declare them as "cosmetics" or as per carrier instructions.

6. If you are a business entity or a particular and  you decide to go through customs, we can ship to any Mexican Border to your selected broker at the prices and conditions showed in website for national shipments.

7. You have to check locally with your carrier for any other requirement. In most cases 3 items of our products cost you between US$35.00 to US$70.00 depending on selected carrier and final destination. USPS cost you less, but there is no insurance and sometimes package can be missed or hold at customs.

8. Before we can ship, your balance must be cleared including S&H.
